During recent years there has been a growing body of evidence implicating proximal factors as the cause of hip, knee and foot/ankle pathology. Understanding how to assess these proximal factors provides the clinician with a more holistic approach to managing disorders of the lower limb.

This webinar focuses on the research underpinning muscle imbalance around the hip and pelvis and implications in the development of common clinical conditions such as LBP, SIJ dysfunction, hip and knee pain and foot and ankle dysfunction.

The webinar will focus on LL biomechanics with the emphasis on gender differences and their contribution to common associated lower limb clinical conditions.

The webinar will cover muscle dysfunction around the hip and knee. It will also cover common clinical presentations affecting the hip knee, foot and ankle.

It will then focus on practical strategies including exercise rehabilitation in the management of these conditions.

This webinar brings you up to date with the key elements of assessment and management of LL conditions and practical skills and exercise rehabilitation strategies required to enhance your clinical practice.
